Do not let the energy transition reverse: Wind park planner WSB demonstrates together with thousands of people in Berlin.
Dresden, 8 May 2014 – On May, 10th 2014 tens of thousands of people will again take to the streets in protest for the energy transition in. So will the WSB corporate group from Dresden. The demands are clear: consequently extend renewable energies, ensure investment security, further enable public participation.
The energy transition is maintained by medium-sized companies, numerous municipalities and a broad public participation. “This social fundament is the basis of our work“, says Andreas Dorner, manager of WSB Neue Energien Holding GmbH. „Out of this centre enormous capital expenditures have already been and also will be made for the creation of the decentralized energy supply. Politics must take this into consideration when making such drastic changes at the renewable energy law”, Dorner warns.
Together with xx employees and their families the entrepreneur will demonstrate in support of the energy transition giving the wind energy a strong voice on May, 10th 2014. The organizers expect several tens of thousands of participants who will be protesting for the energy transition’s objectives in the Berlin government quarter as well as on the river Spree from 1.00 p.m. The demonstrators all follow the appeal of a broad campaign alliance consisting of environmental associations, clubs and initiatives.
