In Oulainen, in the Northern Ostrobothnia region, the Karahka wind farm, developed and built by VSB Finland, has been successfully commissioned. Green light at VSB and TotalEnergies: the French energy company TotalEnergies has signed an agreement for the complete acquisition of the shares of the VSB Group, from majority owner Partners Group as well as VSB’s founder. Headquartered in Germany, VSB is one of Europe’s leading platforms for renewable energy, with a project pipeline of over 18 gigawatts for wind, photovoltaic and battery storage and over 475 megawatts in its own operation (IPP).

The VSB Group proudly announces the commissioning of its photovoltaic park "Soleil de Balsac" in France. This project exemplifies the sustainable repurposing of former industrial sites for renewable energy production. It was planned and implemented by VSB France.

Municipal Utilities Amberg and VSB Germany have officially launched a groundbreaking wind energy project with the signing of a key contract.
