VSB Holding GmbH brings together VSB’s operating companies in Germany, France, Poland, Finland, Italy and Croatia. Within the Group, experience and expertise can be shared and combined across national borders. Since 2025, VSB has been part of TotalEnergies and is therefore part of an international energy group.
VSB in Germany
The framework conditions for renewable energy projects vary by country and region. Our teams bring relevant regional knowledge and specialist experience.
Our expert teams in project development, operations management and maintenance have experience in legal, financial and administrative matters, as well as permitting processes. In doing so, they take account of the specific requirements of our customers and projects.
Project development
The VSB Neue Energien Deutschland GmbH operates from the head office in Dresden and the regional offices in Erfurt, Osnabrück and Potsdam to support a public and local power supply from renewable energy. Furthermore, our field service project developers are located in all 16 German states – so VSB is always in your vicinity. We are well informed about specific local features, so we can give our customers tailor-made support.
Energy Farm Management
We provide services for the technical and commercial operation of your energy assets. Our service packages are tailored to the specific requirements of each project. The VSB Service GmbH team monitors your assets using automated systems and supports day-to-day operational activities. Our maintenance teams also work from regional offices and service centres.
Locally present – internationally connected
With our offices and service centres, we maintain a strong regional presence. Our teams take account of the relevant local and national framework conditions, which vary, for example, between Germany, France and Poland. Understanding regional requirements is an important basis for project development, asset operations and maintenance planning.
At the same time, experience and specialist expertise from across our network can be shared and applied across national borders. In procurement, we also benefit from our wider cooperation with suppliers and partners.
