VSB Group recognised as one of the best employers in the manufacturing and industrial sector 2025

VSB Group has been awarded a podium place by Great Place to Work® as one of the best employers in the “Manufacturing & Industry 2025” category.

Specifically, VSB Holding GmbH, VSB Neue Energien Deutschland GmbH, and VSB Service GmbH are among the certified and recognised divisions of the company. In the category of “Companies with 50 – 500 employees,” VSB achieved an outstanding overall result by securing 3rd place.

A prerequisite for the required culture audit was first obtaining the "Great Place to Work" certification. To achieve this, companies conduct a confidential and globally validated employee survey using a standardised questionnaire. If the survey results reach a level corresponding to the top 20 per cent of all companies in Germany, the company is awarded the "Great Place to Work" certification. Only then is the culture audit, with its scientifically validated evaluation methodology, possible—an honour that only the best employers receive.
