VSB, one of Germany’s leading developers of wind energy and photovoltaics, has once again been recognised as a Great Place To Work®. VSB locations in France, Poland, and Finland have also been awarded this prestigious certification.
VSB, headquartered in Dresden with additional offices in Potsdam, Osnabrück, Kassel, Erfurt, and Regensburg, has been certified again with the coveted Great Place To Work® award. This globally recognised seal of approval for employer attractiveness is based on a representative employee survey regarding workplace culture. Other important factors such as leadership quality, development opportunities, trust, and team spirit are also considered in the assessment. Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply for this award.
“I am proud that the vast majority of our employees in Germany consider VSB Group to be an excellent workplace. This extremely positive feedback is echoed across our international locations. It is the result of a committed team effort and a company culture that values and respects its employees,” said Dr Felix Grolman, CEO of the VSB Group.
“VSB is literally a 'Great Place to Work', characterised by a strong connection to the company and its goals,” affirmed André Spalke, Global Head of HR at VSB Group. “The repeated certification confirms that we are focusing on the right values. At the same time, it motivates us to continue doing everything possible to ensure VSB offers the best career opportunities in a forward-looking work environment and to use employee feedback to keep improving,” he added.
For over 25 years, VSB has been committed to climate protection throughout Germany and Europe. Today, more than 500 employees work across six countries in the fields of wind energy, photovoltaics, e-mobility, and battery storage. The renewable energy industry offers secure jobs that make a meaningful contribution to the success of the energy transition and provide opportunities for individual responsibility and growth.
