Permitting process for the Löberitz hybrid park launched
/ Homberg / 04.12.2024
The Löberitz hybrid park continues to take shape. In recent months, we have submitted the planning documents for the approval of three wind turbines as well as a ground-mounted photovoltaic installation.
Two separate applications have been submitted for the Löberitz hybrid park: one for the wind energy project and one for the photovoltaic park. Both procedures ensure that the installations comply with all legal requirements regarding safety, environmental protection and species conservation standards.
Construction can only begin once approval under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) has been granted and the project has received an award in the tender of the Federal Network Agency. This ensures that the Löberitz hybrid park is developed in accordance with nature, the environment and legal requirements.
With the submission of the documents, the involvement of the relevant authorities has now begun. If no extensive revisions are required, this process is expected to take around six months.
We look forward to providing further updates on the construction progress of the Löberitz hybrid park in the first half of 2025.
