1. Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website of VSB Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries: https://www.vsb.energy

The statement covers only the content published under this domain. External content that we link to on our website (e.g. third-party information) is not within the scope of this declaration.

 

2. Basis of this Statement

Private companies operating exclusively in a B2B environment, such as VSB Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries, and which do not provide products or services covered by the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), are currently under no legal obligation to publish an accessibility statement.

We have nevertheless chosen to voluntarily provide such a statement to ensure transparency and demonstrate our commitment to creating barrier-free and user-friendly content.

VSB Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries strive to ensure that their website is accessible in accordance with the requirements of the BFSG and the BFSGV.

  • “Close” button of the form not clearly recognisable for screen readers
     

3.2 Icons

  • SVG icons are used as images without meaningful roles or alternative texts,
    which limits proper recognition by screen readers
     

3.3 Contrast Ratio

  • Occasionally insufficient contrast between text or interactive elements and
    the background
     

3.4 Focus Indicators

  • Keyboard focus is visible but hardly distinguishable from the corporate blue,
    making it difficult to detect
     

3.5 ARIA Attributes

  • Partly incorrect use of aria-expanded on interactive elements (e.g. accordions)
