M&A Manager international (f/m/d)
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of our M&A team you are responsible for shaping national and international M&A transactions of all sizes. This includes:
- The creative and individual management of M&A projects, whereby you will be responsible for handling the entire transaction process, ranging from market approach, evaluation of offers, due diligence, contract negotiations and obtaining relevant internal decisions to after-sales processes.
- Internal and external stakeholder management of various functions including our international project development teams, finance and legal departments as well as external M&A advisors, lawyers and technical consultants.
- Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating relevant markets for VSB Group.
- Carrying out strategic assessments and profitability calculations with the goal of deriving innovative recommendations for action.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent academic degree in a business or STEM related field.
- Familiarity with the individual transaction steps of the M&A process and the common valuation methods (DCF, multiples).
- Previous experience in the independent conceptualization and implementation of national and international M&A projects.
- Strong analytical skills combined with an excellent understanding of figures and relevant expertise in financial modelling.
- Structured way of working and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication and outstanding negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and ideally another language spoken in our markets.
- Ideally, prior experience in the field of renewable energies or infrastructure investments.
