VSB Group, one of Europe’s leading developers and operators of wind and solar farms, has announced the signing of five long-term power supply agreements between its French subsidiary, VSB France, and Carrefour.

VSB, the international project developer for wind energy and photovoltaics, has increased its existing syndicated loan agreement to a volume of EUR 160 million under the leadership of Commerzbank AG. It has a term of approximately two and a half years and will be used for general corporate financing.

Dresden, 2 November 2023 – VSB Group’s senior management is complete: Dirk Retzlaff took over as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 November 2023. Retzlaff will ensure that the 15 GW wind and photovoltaic pipeline of the international renewable energy project developer remains on track and is continuously expanded.
