Your personal data, which are made available only to authorised personnel in our marketing department, are retained (i) for a period of three (3) years in the case of requests for information on our products and services,  and/or (ii) for a maximum of thirteen (13) months for audience measurement statistics.

By writing to contact@vsb-energies.fr, you can, among other things, access, rectify and erase your data, request their portability, give instructions concerning the fate of your personal data after your death, request the limitation of or object to their processing and withdraw your consent. For any complaints, you can contact the French data protection agency, the CNIL
