Current information about Leuvanneva hybrid farm

Project area of Leuvanneva wind-solar-hybrid farm is located in Northern Ostrobothnia, in Siikalatva and Siikajoki municipalities. Wind farm is planned in approximately 6000 hectares area between Kurunneva and Lahnasneva.

Project area consists of 35 - 41 wind turbines with total generation capacity of 280-330 MW. Grid connection point options are Fingrid’s Lumijärvi and Pihtineva substations.

In addition to wind power, solar power production is planned for the southern part of the area's former peat production sites that are being decommissioned. There are potential areas totaling approximately 120-600 hectares with an estimated nominal capacity of about 100-500 MWp. The solar power production will utilize the transmission connections of the wind park.
