Stakeholder Reports and Comments
VSB Poland places great importance on an open, transparent, and constructive dialogue with all stakeholders. We provide dedicated channels through which residents, landowners and users, representatives of authorities, social organisations, suppliers, contractors, and other interested parties can submit complaints, comments, and questions about VSB’s activities and projects, as well as related companies.
Reports and comments may relate to:
- environmental impact;
- noise, dust, vibrations, traffic, or other nuisances;
- health and safety;
- land use and access to resources;
- behaviour of employees and contractors;
- relations with local communities and other stakeholders.
We handle all reports in a transparent, impartial, and timely manner. We ensure confidentiality of the information provided and protect personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Reports can be submitted anonymously and are considered based on the available information.
