Video: A look behind the scenes of the construction of the substation

A captivating peek behind the scenes of our project “Wind Farm Racibórz” in Poland: watch in awe as the transformer station (Substation) is built in less than 4 minutes.

At the GPO station, the 33kV medium voltage from the wind turbines is converted to 115kV high voltage and then fed into the TAURON Dystrybucja power grid. The transformer through which the whole process takes place has a capacity of 44 MVA and the whole facility is located in the Studzienna district of Raciborz.
