Second stage construction of facilities completed

We are happy to announce that after their long journey from sunny Spain, we have finally seen the arrival of 5 anchor cages: four for the Baranów sub-project and one for the Rychtal sub-project.
An anchor cage is one of the most important wind farm components, which serves to transfer the static and dynamic loads from the turbine (tower, nacelle and blades) through the foundation to the ground.
The drawing below shows schematically how the anchor cage is embedded in the foundation.
The next photograph shows an anchor cage placed on a lean concrete foundation of the Juurakko wind farm, which was built by our colleagues from VSB Uusiutuva Energia Suomi Oy in Finland.
As the work continues, we will present other, equally important structural elements that appear during the construction of the Wind Farm.
