With the strategic sale of this asset, VSB énergies nouvelles underlines its ambition to diversify its range of services in the long term. The focus is not only on initiating its own projects, but also on the targeted expansion and commercialization of its portfolio. The sale also underlines the commitment of VSB énergies nouvelles to play an active role in the global energy transition by facilitating access to renewable energy for industrial clients. This reflects industry-wide efforts to diversify energy supplies and integrate renewables into the energy mix.

“We are delighted to be working with STEF Group, which has entrusted us not only with the construction but also with the operational management,” explains Maël Lagarde, CEO of VSB énergies nouvelles. “This asset transfer also reinforces our goal of helping industrial clients switch to wind and solar in their energy mix and become carbon-neutral.”

Felix Grolman, CEO of VSB Group adds: “The sale of the Dingé-Tinténiac wind farm to STEF Group is proof that strong partnerships pave the way for a green economy that is fit for the future.
